We’ve been supplying top Scottish hotels and restaurants with the same locally sourced produce for nearly twenty years. It started with our most famous local landmark, the wonderful Gleneagles Hotel. It took many years of knocking on their door to get them to take a chance on a small local supplier as we were at the time. In fact, it was blind luck, that got me through the door - I stopped to help a stranger fix a flat tyre who happened to be the head chef at the time and after that asked if he could at least take a look at our meat. We’ve been supplying them ever since.

We supply a whole spectrum of Scottish hotels and restaurants from Michelin star establishments to small country pubs.

With  a team of specially skilled craft butchers and professionally trained chefs our capabilities include extensive butchery and manufacturing facilities in addition to our chef prepared, value added range. We've found this is invaluable to our trade customers as it allows them to cover the natural peaks and troughs of their business without having to invest in temporary resource.

Our team work closely with chefs in producing new and innovative cuts using seam butchery techniques.
