Beef
All our Specially Selected beef is produced in Scotland and world renowned for the quality of it's produce. Specialist beef herds are grass fed in summer and wintered on natural feeds
Lamb
Reared on the slopes of the Scottish Highlands, Scotch lamb offers a unique eating experience, an attribute increasingly recognised by chefs and caterers.
Pork
We provide a full range of pork and bacon products including individually specified portion controlled cuts and dishes.
Poultry & Game
We purchase only from specialist producers and game dealers although much of our game, particularly pheasant, patridge, hare and roe deer, is sourced direct from local sporting estates.
