Beer Battered Black Pudding Fritters
Quick and easy delicious beer battered black pudding fritters - perfect in a roll topped with an egg or how about adding a twist to a goats cheese salad?

What you'll need
125g Plain Flour plus more for coating
250ml of Beer
1 Simon Howie Wee Black Pudding
Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Putting it all together
Cut the wee black pudding in to chunks - removing casing.
Mix together Flour, Egg, Pepper and Beer
Coat black pudding chunks in flour and then cover in batter mix
Shallow or deep fry until golden.
