Haggis Bon Bons
Our haggis bon bons are extremely popular with our customers feeding back that they enjoy eating them as a snack, a starter, as party food or as deliciously Scottish Christmas trimmings. While they are available to buy from most major supermarkets in Scotland throughout December and January - why not have a go at making your own?

What you'll need
250g Dried Breadcrumbs
3 tbsp of Flour
3 Eggs - Beaten
Putting it all together
Gently break up the haggis in a food processor by pulsing for a few seconds.
Shape the haggis into individual balls - approx. 20 - 25g each
Roll the balls in plain flour, dip in beaten egg mix and then coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumb for good covering.
Ideally cook in a deep fat fryer at 170 degrees or deep fry in a saucepan for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
